I liked it, Brian Tracy sounds very confident and engages the listener with approachable dialogue. It is within your power to make big things happen. Some people fall in love.
Fantastic and loaded with pearls. Just the kick in the ass we all need come January 1st.Although this book had action steps that I found useful, there were many things in the book that I didn't agree with. It may be too idealistic at times, but it provides the motivation to be more disciplined, as well as exercises to achieve that discipline. Despite some good point, I think that I spent most time like this : Listened to this on my way to college with very low expectations. Eat that Frog is more into the practices methods of success, while this book is more detailed and focuses on the self-discipline in various aspects of life: Personal, Business, and the Good Life. The author also gives the advice not to talk to co-workers during working hours (instead tell them you'll catch up at lunch or after work), and continues to say that to get ahead in life you must work through lunch and stay late at work. Get track Inspiring and empowering -- this has made a Brian Tracy fan out of me. Brian Tracy urges the necessity of self-discipline as the basis of any kind of success or goal achievement. And that without the art of self-discipline, you never will. It made me think a lot about how discipline works.If you're a Brian Tracy fan, you'll like this book.

The book is written with a sales industry background, so many examples given were irrelevant in my own life. No Excuses is the book that Kyle Maynard fans, like me, have been waiting for. This is one I will re-read every year.I have mixed opinions about this book: on one hand, the information is useful and worth learning. I think this is the perfect size for a motivational book. I always love including the actual words from the books I have read to share the author's voice and tone! Brian really knocked it out the park with this one. Full of quotes you might find insightful (or annoying if you're not a fan of quotes), this book shows you how to implement self-discipline throughout the various areas of your life, including personal success, work, finances, health and relationships.
