I don’t think the merging of the real robot and super robot tones in the show work as well as the creators wanted it to, because they are firmly delineated from each other and the show has enough going on already. Those and the huge space fleet battles are absolutely worth watching Heroic Age for. {aldnoah.zero} Fantastic animation and soundtrack and a huge world with a battle that is huge, taking place between Earth and the Mars colonies. In the void left by their departure, the tyrannical Tribe of Silver ascended to rul… A piece of ambitious space opera and mecha anime that not enough people talk about.

However, it might not bring it off well, since it does tend to artificially scales everything down to focus on a core group of characters. It isn't just a single premise that it is built around(even though it gives that impression), but a whole host of interwoven stories of the well developed characters. I'm going to have to make some time for it...!Since so many others have been said then i will suggest Tenchi GXP, Tenchi muyo, Irresponsible captian taylor, Outlaw Star, Gundam Wing, Isekai no Seikishi Monogatar, Martian Successor Nadesico, Robotech,Understand though while a lot of these suggestions are good, what you are looking for is a "Super Robot" mech anime. How the Argonaut sets up and uses Starways are beautiful sights. Space operas are hard to write is what I am saying. The space battles are on the epic scale but the characters are so thinly developed that it’s difficult to care about what happens to them – and that’s a major flaw in a story that purports to be about mankind’s future. GGG faces off against godlike mechs that want to ruin humanity but GGG gets even more progressively powerful. I mean, who wants to create their own space opera series with all sorts of planets, species, things to explore, objects and concepts to fight about, and all sorts of space ships designs. Through visual spectacle or otherwise really good and genuine character moments that you would expect. Request. I should give this one a re-watch at some pointI honestly need to rewatch it as well. OR at least an important part of the struggle, not just a random bystander who got dragged into the plot.Romance sub-plot or at least enough baits for me to load up a ship before sailing, if ever.Sci-fi ( Doesn't need to be a Sci-fi, but bonus points if it is ).Animes I've seen that fit or came close to what I wanted:Right, I've been told it's very nice.
Supposedly because they will fight each other afterwards. In this one, every new episode brings more intrigue and unanswered questions, it starts decent, but the more you watch the more interesting the anime becomes. The silver tribe has a larger number of them that age has to fight against. And the best part is the more you watch, the more grand the conflict becomes, it isn't like most where the big world's conflict is presented then they spend the rest of the anime winding down to solve it. As long as the scale feels really, REALLY huge. 2. the fact that there was hardly a dull moment in it I feel like there were more space opera anime series or movies in the 80s and 90s compared to today. Think of the time it takes to do that. Planet-wide struggles work too ). I always got the feeling that I wouldn't like the MC, but I never even gave him a chance so that's just me.Thanks, though, I'll definitely pick it up one day. I’m not kidding, there was a lot of effort put into the ship designs and fights.Heroic Age isn’t the best space opera anime out there, but it is one that created one without any source material or attached to any franchises, so it should be watched and respected because of that.
