I actually think the developers used the darkness that permeates HB's universe to be lazy in their development of this game. I ACTUALLY ENJOYED PLAYING HELLBOY, BUT I HAVEN'T COMPLETED THE GAME AS OF YET Is it poorly animated or just dark and lacking in detail? Disabling it will result in some disabled or missing features. That's all you do from beginning to end in this game, and it gets boring very, very quickly. That's it. The characters in the game look good for what they are, especially Hellboy, and are fairly well animated. Still, unless you can get a cheap copy in good condition, I can't recommend a purchase; the game is too short and too flawed to pay a high price for it. Go ahead and buy it if you are a Hellboy fan and want a few hours of smashing tombstones and punching things, but if you are more of a serious gamer, you might want to pass on this one. Its crap. this is a good game for the psp, the only problem had I had with the game I got stuck on one level and I couldn't get pass it but that ok, it still was a fun game to play. I'm not gonna lie it was ok but for a game that doesn't have trophies and is one of the PS3's first games to come out it wasn't good or bad the voice acting is phenomenal of course cause it has all the characters and the gameplay is alright could have been better but I'm not one to complain honestly if you see it for a cheap price like $5 bucks pick it up but don't pick it up for $20 cause that's not worth it lol but it's still a decent game in my eyes.
