EST. The first Virgin release was Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells, in 1973. I have 2 "white and blue" inserts ... on BYG 529 353 - ACTUEL 53 - made in France - Is anybody knowing more about this version? Virgin released this in 1974, so in the case the original tapes sit in the Byg archives. My old friend Gary introduced me to this band around 1972, and I couldn't get my head around it. 47 years after the original release, 'Camembert Electrique' still sounds as alive, modern and refreshing as it did the first time I heard it.
