Inspired by the Celtic myths of the Selkies -- seals in water and enchanting maidens on land -- who storm Manhattan when one of their kind falls for a man drowning under the Brooklyn Bridge. A prominent psychiatrist at a state run hospital wrestles with madness and a dark supernatural force as he and a female police detective race to stop an escaped patient from butchering five people held hostage in a remote mansion.
The only draw back to me was that the American video game guy storyline could have used some work in my opinion.
